Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for therapy services if you’re paying out of pocket or not using insurance. This estimate helps you understand the potential cost of your care before you begin treatment—so there are no unexpected bills or “surprises.”
If you request a Good Faith Estimate, we’ll provide it in writing before your first session or whenever requested. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
Client Rights
Your comfort, safety, and voice matter here. As a client, you have the right to:
Be treated with kindness, respect, and understanding—always.
Take an active role in your therapy and set goals that feel meaningful to you.
Ask questions and receive clear, honest information about the therapy process, fees, and what to expect.
Trust that what you share is kept private and confidential, except in rare situations required by law for safety reasons.

Choose to pause, stop, or change your therapy at any time, or request a referral if you’d like to work with someone else.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and your feedback and comfort are an important part of our work together. Our goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your journey.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is an essential part of the therapy process. What you share in therapy is kept strictly confidential, which means your personal information and session content will not be shared with anyone without your written permission.
There are a few legal exceptions to confidentiality—such as situations involving imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse or neglect, or if required by a court order. These situations are rare, and we will always discuss them with you whenever possible.
If you communicate with us electronically (such as by email, text, or video session), we take care to use secure platforms and practices to protect your information.
You are encouraged to ask questions at any time about how your privacy is protected or how your information is handled. Our goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and confident that your personal information is treated with care.
