Tanika Andoh, M.Ed., MS, NCSC, LMHCA
As a former teacher and National Board-Certified School Counselor, Tanika has a unique understanding of the daily challenges faced by students, educators, and parents. Her firsthand experience in the classroom allows her to support children and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, school stress, and social pressures. She helps young clients build resilience, manage emotions, and develop healthy coping skills to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
For educators experiencing burnout and emotional exhaustion, she offers practical tools to restore balance, enhance well-being, and reconnect with what truly matters. She also works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, offering a grounded and compassionate space to process overwhelm and regain clarity.

You will be encouraged to come as you are—authentic and unapologetically YOU. There’s no need to change or mask anything during our work together. My approach is about meeting you where you are and creating a space where you can truly be yourself.
